Service Description
Saturday 20th April 12.30- 4.30pm A relaxed and chilled few hours of very practical learning around the fire. This course is open to anyone wishing to brush up on their tool skills, but is perfect as CPD. Continuing Professional Development is a vital part of being a Forest School leader, Scout / Guide leader. On this day we will get your knife, axe and saw skills etc honed. Show you safe handling ( for yourself and your kids ) different ways to use your tools for maximum efficiency. Easily explained sharpening techniques, maintenance and storage and lots more. Tea, coffee and fire cooked scones included. Bring along your own tools for advice and tips Would you like to camp the night before / night of the course / both nights? Lots of spots for tents and hammock camping and we also offer a 4 person Tipi you can stay in with full catering if you fancy some pampering. You deserve it :-) Please contact us for details.
